3. Estimates & Pricing
• All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection
• Pricing may vary depending on equipment, labor, and unforeseen conditions
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or scope of work with customer approval prior to completion
4. Scheduling & Appointments
• Appointment times are based on technician availability
• We strive to provide prompt and reliable service; however, delays may occur due to weather, emergencies or high demand
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and access to the property
5. Payments & Financing
• Payment is due upon completion of services and receipt of billing unless otherwise agreed. A 30 day grace period is provided
• Financing is not available
• Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or service interruptions
6. Cancellations & Refunds
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice
• Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable depending on the stage of service
• Refunds are handled on a case by case basis
7. Warranties & Liabilities
• Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers
• Labor warranties may be offered depending on the service performed and will be noted on contract if applicable
• We are not liable for:
– Pre-existing issues
– Manufacturer defects
– Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
– Damage caused by extreme unexpected weather events
